Section B — How a work is madePage 02

Five departments. One work.

Not a random agency. Every work passes through five rooms before it reaches your audience.

  1. 01Vision
  2. 02Paper
  3. 03Shoot
  4. 04Edit
  5. 05Market

Vision

Every work starts as a spark.

    • Audit your last 30 posts: what held attention, what didn't
    • Study the top 20 posts in your niche and your 3 closest competitors
    • Read the comments and DMs — the real voice of your customer
    • Check what people search for, by keyword and hashtag
    • 2–3 audience profiles: who they are, when they scroll, why they buy
    • Find the tension — what they want vs. what stops them
    • Pick one north-star number to win: footfall, leads, sales or tickets
    • Tested on three rules: true to you, ownable, clear in 3 seconds with the sound off
    • Moodboard, colour and reference frames so everyone sees the same thing
    • A one-page creative brief you sign off before anything is made

Start from your customers' own words.

Paper

Then it's crafted on paper.

    • A hook in the first 1.5 seconds — the moment that decides the scroll
    • 15–30s reels built in three beats: hook, story, call to action
    • Written for sound-off: on-screen text carries the message
    • Captions and CTAs written with the script, not as an afterthought
    • Every frame: shot size, camera move and duration
    • Planned vertical-first (9:16) with safe zones for 4:5 and 16:9
    • Text and faces kept clear of the app's buttons and captions
    • Shot list with the lens for each shot
    • Location recce, permissions, wardrobe and props
    • Call sheet with times for every person on set
    • A backup plan for light, weather and no-shows

Every shot is decided before the camera rolls.

Shoot

Then it's shot with intent.

    • Talent coached for natural delivery — not reading, talking
    • Every key line shot in 3 energies, so the edit has options
    • B-roll planned for every line of voice-over
    • Shot natively vertical, never cropped from wide later
    • Thirds, leading lines and depth in every frame
    • Faces and products placed inside the platform's safe zone
    • Three-point lighting, or natural light shaped with bounce and flags
    • Fast lenses for shallow depth that pulls the eye
    • Recorded in a flat log profile, so the grade has room to work
    • Gimbal and slider moves with purpose, and clean audio on lav mics

A crew, a plan and a look built on set.

Edit

Then it's cut to perfection.

    • Hook-first edit: the strongest moment goes up front
    • Cuts every 1–2 seconds on reels, timed to the music's beat
    • J and L cuts so sound leads the picture
    • Checked against where viewers drop off at 3 seconds and halfway
    • First correct: white balance, exposure, matching every shot
    • Then grade: one brand look used on every piece
    • Skin tones protected, so people always look like themselves
    • Licensed music only — no muted posts or takedowns
    • Sound design: whooshes, risers and hits on the cuts
    • Voices cleaned and levelled for phone speakers
    • Captions burned in for the people watching with sound off

One master, cut for every platform.
